What does IQ stand for? And what does Charlie’s IQ of 68 mean?

2 The IQ Test A standardized test designed to measure human intelligence– not knowledge, but the ability to learn, remember, connect ideas, and use logic (figure things out). The median score is 100 with a standard deviation of 15. 2/3 of the population has an IQ between 85 and 115, so this is considered typical
