Homework Expectations I put home work assignments on my website Spelling Words - goes home on Monday Handwriting - goes home on Monday Read 30 minutes every night- goes home on Monday Be sure to complete the reading log nightly and send it back To ensure your child’s reading success, they need to be be diligently reading every night for 30 minutes. Students with the highest fluency scores are the ones who do read nightly. By the end of Third Grade students should be reading 110 words per minute to be reading at grade level and to receive a “3” on their report card.

Good behavior-students will get a sticker to put on their individual behavior chart. Once it is full, students will get an opportunity to get from the small treasure box. FFFV Fresh Fruit and Fresh Vegetables Grant Students will be given a fresh fruit or a fresh vegetable twice a week. Tuesday and Thursday We begin the program on the first day of school--- this Monday with an apple.
