4.  It is recommended to vaccinate patients in early stage of CKD for better response  Only patients that are HBS Ag negative and ELISA test negative for HBs Ab are candidate for vaccination  In CKD patients a double standard dosage in a 4 dose schedule is recommended

5.  Check AST & ALT every 3-6 month and increasing even in normal range indicate evaluation about HBS Ag

7.  Inactivated Influenza Vaccine (IIV)  Routine annual influenza vaccination is recommended for all persons aged ≥6 months  vaccination optimally should occur before onset of influenza activity in the community(between 15 shahrivar -15 mehr)  Live, Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (LAIV ) is CONTRAINDICATED in hemodialysis patients and hemodialysis staff  Influenza vaccine is recommended in all hemodialysis staff

8.  PPSV23 and PCV13 vaccine both is recommended in hemodialysis patients  In age <65 years a PPSV23 vaccine be injected 8 weeks after PCV13  1n age≥65 PPSV23 be injected 6-12 months after PCV13  PPSV vaccine will be repeated every 5 years  The patients older than 65 years that received one dose of PPSV in this age do not need to repeat it

9.  Tetanus and diphteria(Td)  Repeat every 10 years  Varicella vaccine is recommended in whome are candidate for transplantation and are varicella Ab negative
