It is recommended to vaccinate patients in early stage of CKD for better response Only patients that are HBS Ag negative and ELISA test negative for HBs Ab are candidate for vaccination In CKD patients a double standard dosage in a 4 dose schedule is recommended

Check AST & ALT every 3-6 month and increasing even in normal range indicate evaluation about HBS Ag

Inactivated Influenza Vaccine (IIV) Routine annual influenza vaccination is recommended for all persons aged ≥6 months vaccination optimally should occur before onset of influenza activity in the community(between 15 shahrivar -15 mehr) Live, Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (LAIV ) is CONTRAINDICATED in hemodialysis patients and hemodialysis staff Influenza vaccine is recommended in all hemodialysis staff

PPSV23 and PCV13 vaccine both is recommended in hemodialysis patients In age <65 years a PPSV23 vaccine be injected 8 weeks after PCV13 1n age≥65 PPSV23 be injected 6-12 months after PCV13 PPSV vaccine will be repeated every 5 years The patients older than 65 years that received one dose of PPSV in this age do not need to repeat it

Tetanus and diphteria(Td) Repeat every 10 years Varicella vaccine is recommended in whome are candidate for transplantation and are varicella Ab negative
