7. Love In the Bible God's mission is rooted and expressed in loving relationships, so being relational is integral to our mission.

8. Integrity In all our procedures and practices we aim to ensure that we can be trusted, as good stewards of resources generously given and as reliable partners in the work of mission.

9. Faith In a changing world we trust that God is the author and end point of mission. We seek to follow the call of Christ, discern the leading of the Holy Spirit and be faithful in the tasks God has given, whether risky or more routine.

10. Excellence Mission is never a completed task. Aware of our weaknesses, we strive to grow in commitment and competence, to develop potential and to nurture signs of God's kingdom in our work.

16. Growing culturally relevant expressions of Christian community, formed and led by indigenous believers. Share the message of the gospel with 500,000 people and plant 500 Christian communities.

17. Church For example... In India, our workers are planting small house fellowships among previously unreached people. Jesus is being praised and the work of the Spirit is being seen by thousands of new believers.

18. Education Enhancing life opportunities by providing access to education for those on the margins, including all ages and especially women. Enable 50,000 people to access education and training.

19. Education For example... In Mozambique, our preschool programme offers a flying start to children from poorer backgrounds, while in Nepal and Albania we support training programmes for national teachers.

20. Justice Enabling individual people and communities to access justice and to advocate for those without a voice. Develop justice ministries in four countries impacting 120,000 people.

21. Justice For example... Our team of legal mission workers in Uganda is spreading justice through rights education and representing the poor, while our people in Thailand are helping women out of sex trafficking.

22. Development Enabling individual people and communities to experience wellbeing economically, socially and environmentally, intentionally planning for sustainability and resilience. Enable 100,000 people to develop sustainable livelihoods.

23. Development For example... In Afghanistan, we are empowering communities to invest in much-needed clean water, safe toilets and greenhouses for nutritional crops, and to develop sustainable livelihoods.

24. Health Helping people experience health and wellbeing through increasing access to training and provision of health and psychological care. Enable 100,000 people to access healthcare.

25. Health For example... Spinal rehab patients in Nepal and children with special needs in Thailand are being given new hope by our workers, whose love and skill are bringing healing and care in Jesus’ name.

26. Leadership Empowering strong and effective indigenous leaders by equipping people with leadership skills and biblical understanding. Develop missional thinking among 20,000 people in the UK and 10,000 people overseas through ten partners.

27. Leadership For example... In Beirut, Lima and Amsterdam, we are helping to train a new generation of Christian leaders for Europe, the Middle East, South America and North Africa at leading theological seminaries.

28. Relief Working at effective collaborative responses to disasters and building resilience in those areas most at risk. Co-ordinate disaster relief responses impacting 100,000 people.

29. Relief For example... In situations that make the news (like West Africa’s Ebola epidemic) and those that don’t (like Burma’s cyclone disaster), we are meeting the needs of those worst affected by disasters and working for long-term recovery long after the cameras have moved on.
