4 Where we have started Limited access to ICT resources Wide range of staff capacity with ICT – obvious starting points (bulletin, roll marking etc) Initial NSSCF used for desktop and notebooks on trolley (currently well used - some damage) Reasonable success with introducing new technologies (eg. IWBs) Mostly traditional teaching spaces – goal to mix with flexible learning spaces.

6 Structure of the Team e-Learning Team created Role descriptions clarified Positions of responsibility rewritten for 2011 e-Learning Mentors – initially taken a role with Ultranet implementation. Will broaden support 1-to-1 program. Tech support – roles clarified, include new main schedule and staff support.
