Be specific: list all details, years, proper names of awards, teams and organizations, educational and personal goals, and other pertinent information. As well it will ask you about your interests and aspirations. There are copies at the door for you to fill out and supply to your reference. References given through school require a completed reference letter outline well in advance or the deadline so teachers can provide information on all aspects of your contributions.
