Seven tasks 1 Inception and mobilisation 2 Design and implement a cadastre system including software development 3 Design and implementation of the technical hardware system on which the cadastre will run 4 Design and implement an intranet service for internal communication, based on the technical network established

Seven tasks 5 Investigate legal aspects of the cadastre and proposals for any necessary additions or amendments to legislation 6 Investigate and propose methods for the rapid achievement of self-financing of the system 7 Provide training for the management, operation and support of the systems
