Personal Information My Personal Data –View only employee name and gender My Address Information –Enter, view, edit personal address and emergency contact information –c/o line is where you enter names My Communication Information –Enter, view, edit phone numbers and email addresses Validate Social Security Information –Use this to validate that your SSN and birth date are entered correctly in SAP

Time (Read Only) My Time Sheet –This is a read-only view of your time sheet as it is currently completed by your timekeeper –May not actually reflect hours worked this pay period –For questions, contact your timekeeper Leave Balances –View current available leave (quota) balances –May not actually reflect leave taken this pay period –Can view historical leave information –PortlandOnline ESS shows “snapshot” of that pay period’s balances; these will not change.

Compensation My Pay Statement –PDF view of current and past pay statements My Tax Withholding (W-4) –View / edit your state and federal W-4 information My Banking Information –Set up or cancel direct deposits –Can enter up to 4 bank accounts My Pay Statement Delivery Method –Links to PortlandOnline ESS page where you can chose paperless pay statements Changes may not be in effect until next pay period
