AGENDA What happens if things don’t work Let’s take a look at the Team Manager’s Module in MyClubMate Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card Shall we have a go ????

What happens if things don’t work? The fall back position is always to revert back to paper match cards It is beneficial for all Team Managers and Referees to have their own Smartphone enabled to connect to the internet over a mobile data connection. NSFA have performed availability and speed testing at ALL NSFA grounds.

Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card Pre Match Team Manager Actions Select Players Submitting EMC Review Opposition EMC and Accept Referee Actions Confirm both EMCs have been accepted Post Match Team Manager Actions Enter score Referee Actions Enter Score Enter cautions and send offs

Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card Login Process {myclub}.myclubmate.com.au/TeamManagers Username is {your email address} Password is (password provided by your club) Select your team from dropdown list (controlled from your email address) Set Remember Me to YES Click Login Your Club Name

Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card – Main Menu 1.After login you are presented with the full menu. 2.Click on GAME DAY to enable shortened menu, including: 1.Submit your Match Card 2.Review Opponents Match Card 3.Match Results Your Club Name CLICK GAME DAY

Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card – Submit Match Card Your Club Name Click Submit Match Card Mark YES to include player on EMC Ensure shirt numbers are included for all players marked YES. Click Save but not submit if you wish to come back later and finalise Once you have finalised click Submit. No changes are allowed after this has been done.

Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card – Review Opponents Match Card Click Review Opponents Match Card. Check opponents EMC to players on field If ok click I confirm I checked the Match Card and everything is in order. If not ok click Click Here to Record This Match as in Dispute and enter reasons in text box.

Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card – Match Result Click Match Results from the main menu Select the game from the list that appears Enter score for each team Click to Enter Match Result

Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card – Referee Actions The referee is responsible for a number of actions in EMC Referees login using the referee portal nsfa.myclubmate.com.au/referees

Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card – Game Day Menu After logging on, select Game Day from the top of the screen. The menu to the right is displayed.

Game Day Functionality – Electronic Match Card – View Match Cards Select View Match Cards Referee chooses the appropriate match card Once the Referee determines that both teams have submitted their EMC the game can start.

We won’t be testing a lot of the functions just those relevant to game day We will form into groups of 3 and simulate a game day experience 2 x Team Managers 1 x Referee The sheets being handed out will provide details.
