2. What is NetLearning@uidaho? It is the University’s comprehensive learning management system offering online and classroom-style courses. It provides tools for supervisors and department administrators to develop and track employee development goals.

3. It’s Accessible All faculty, staff and students registered in the system can access a diverse and growing library of online content and enroll for upcoming live course offerings from any location 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4. Two Easy Steps to Take a Class Simply click the course you want from the calendar at the bottom of the screen. Click the “Enroll” button at the top.

10. The Gatekeeper’s Role A limited number of individuals must be designated by their unit administrators to serve as Gatekeepers in the NetLearning@uidaho learning management system. Gatekeepers play a critical role in providing access to faculty, staff, and students within the unit.

11. The Gatekeeper’s Role Gatekeepers are provided the level of access necessary for entering their unit’s personnel into the system to allow access. They also provide supervisors the necessary authority to assign courses to and monitor the progress of the employees for whom they are responsible.

12. Accessing NetLearning@uidaho NetLearning @uidaho may be accessed through the University of Idaho’s Professional Development & Learning portal at http://www.uidaho.edu/pdl_portal. Select NetLearning@uidaho. Use your University of Idaho username and password to log in.
