Student Registration – New User Most students will enter the site by entering their user name (stthom email address) and password (student ID #). If your information was uploaded into the system by a Career Services staff member per your request, you will need to click on “Click here to register!”. Enter your full stthom email address for your User Name and your student ID for your Password. Click the “Click here to register!” link to complete your profile. OR

Student Registration – New User Begin by filling in your information into the fields. Any field marked with an [*] is a required field. * Indicates required fields. Your User Name should be your stthom email address and your Password should be your UST Student ID.

Student Registration – New Users Be sure to fill out the Demographics Information section, including your classification and graduation dates. These are required fields. Update them every semester or as needed.

Student Registration – New Users Be sure to fill out the Additional Information section. “Allow Employer Viewing” determines if your profile and resume will be directly available to employers. Select YES to allow employers to search and view your profile. Select NO to only allow employers given specific access to view your profile.

Student Registration – New Users Once you have finished filling in all your information, click on “Register” to submit your profile. Click on Register to submit your profile.

Student Registration – New Users Once you click “Submit Profile”, you will be able to search for positions under the “My Jobs” tab. Click on Submit Profile to complete the registration.

Uploading Your Resume To upload your resume into the system, hover over “My Account” and select “My Documents.” Select on “My Documents” to upload or view your resume, cover letter or transcript. Update your profile by selecting “My Profile”.

Student Registration – Uploading a Resume Uploading your resume will make it easy to apply for positions posted through the system. Click “Update” to begin the process of attaching documents. You can have multiple resumes saved in the system. Select “Add” to add additional resumes to your account. Be sure to give them unique names so that they are easily identifiable. You can save Letters and References to your profile, as well.

Student Registration – Uploading a Resume Name the document as how you want it to appear in the system. Click on “Browse” to find the document on your computer and click “Upload.” Click “Browse” to locate the file and then “Save” to attach it in the system.

Student Registration – Uploading a Resume The document is now uploaded. To view the resume click on [View]. This will open the resume in PDF. To download the document as a read only click, [Download] and to update the resume click on [Update].
