1. Electronics Status New DCM daughter card works. –Three cards has been assembled. –One daughter card has been send to Jamie yesterday by FedEx overnight delivery. For DCM software development– started last week. –One working board + one more board will be tested.

2. HBD electronics Test crate + 1 ADC board + 1 optical module  DCM –Chain test works. (not official PHENIX software) –The data format documents can be found in http://www.nevis.columbia.edu/~chi/HBD http://www.nevis.columbia.edu/~chi/HBD Next test –Final HBD crate + 2 ADC modules + 1 optical module  DCM Has some trouble to get ADC module to lock to the 60MHz clock, hope to resolve soon.

3. Schedule Jamie should be able to get the new DCM daughter card integrated into the DAQ system by middle of next week. Hopefully I can get 2 ADC boards + readout system to work within 1-2 days.. –Move the set up to BNL. –If not, we will start with 1 ADC board + optical module + test crate. Need interface with GTM –1 or 2 days of works. –Need to study jitter on the GTM clock.
