31 Possible scenarios: 1. Decrease programming (exhibitions and public programming): The risk: jeopardize Canada Council and Ontario Arts Council funding specifically for these programming initiatives as well as sponsorships and our service to the public 2. Reconsider hours open to the public during CITS events The risk: Unemployment for Gallery artists/attendants and limitation of cultural access. 3. Staff reduction: The risk: loss of cultural workers to other centers outside the KW Region. KWAG employs professional trained and accredited artists and cultural workers such as curators and art educators. We also train cultural workers through internships, Young Canada Works, and mentorships. A good portion of the age group we train and hire are between 20 and 35.
