Classroom Technologies Trends – Open Discussion -Classrooms equipped with some element of “Lecture Capture” – Software or Hardware -Lecture material available to students prior to class – class can then be more of a discussion of the material rather than a traditional lecture. “Flipped Class” -Increased Distant Learning classrooms and courses -Smart Boards and or White Board capture devices -Students interaction – I-Clickers -Wireless connectivity for presentation from tablet device – R & D -Dual projection systems in Larger Classrooms – Chemistry A103 -Document Cameras in all classrooms -Other ideas?
