P R A Y For the sake of our parents and grand parents, Lord, I pray...

LORD I PRAY... That nothing will interfere with them coming to Jesus You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13 NIV That they will love and treat others like Jesus commanded. Jesus replied: “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” Mathew 22:37-39 NIV

LORD I PRAY... That they would experience/continue to experience the baptism in the Holy Spirit. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Acts 1:8 NIV That their thought life would be pure. Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious-the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not to curse. Philippians 4:8 MSG

LORD I PRAY... That they would honor the Lord with their bodies. Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a price. So you must honor God with your body. I Corinthians 6:19-20 NLT That they would honor the Lord with their calling. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10 NLT

LORD I PRAY... That they would live a life of generosity. So the people of Israel – every man and woman who was eager to help in the work the Lord had given them through Moses – brought their gifts and gave them freely to the Lord. Exodus 35:29 NLT That they would seek wisdom in relationships and their decisions. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. James 1:5 NLT

LORD I PRAY... That they would come to you with all that burdens their hearts. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. I Peter 5:7 NIV That they would realize that they’re never alone. No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. Joshua 1:5 NIV
