2 2 Dual Axis Inclinometer Measurement Range +/-25° Digital Output Signal via I2C Accuracy ±0.1 ° Resolution 0.02 ° Dimensions W x D x H 25 x 25 x 16 mm Tiltmeter The NS-25/DQL2-IXA is a small board inclinometer based on dual axis tilt sensor, which works based on the conductivity principle. This microprocessor controls the inclinometer with a linearized and temperature compensated angle output signal via I2C.

3 3 Precision Compass: 0.5 degrees nominal heading accuracy 0.1 resolution Roll & Pitch full rotation (<1 degree (0-60 degrees)) Tilt-compensated (electronically gimbaled) Hard and soft-iron compensation routines 3 Axis Honeywell Magneto Resistive Sensors 3 Axis ST Accelerometer for Roll and Pitch Angle Measurement (Full Range) Design uses 24 bit A/D converter 50 MIPS processor supporting IEEE floating point math TTL Serial version (19200bps default) - software CD is included! Baud rate programmable: 4,800 to 115,000 baud Low Power Circuit Consumption: 3.3V - 5V @ <30ma High data update rate to 40HZ Support for True or Magnetic North output 0.12 x 0.6 x 0.6 inches Tilt compensated compass (Ref.)

4 4 Tilt compensated compass (a) Description: The HMC6343 is a solid-state compass module with tilt compensation from Honeywell. The HMC6343 has three axis of magneto, three axis of accelerometer, and a PIC core running all the calculations. What you get is a compass heading over I2C that stays the same even as you tilt the board. Solid-state (and many classic water based) compasses fail badly when not held flat. The tilt compensated HMC6343 is crucial for those real-world compass applications. Features: I2C interface 2 degree heading accuracy All in one compass solution Compass heading and tilt outputs Dimensions: 0.8x0.8"

5 5 Tilt compensated compass (b) Description: The LSM303DLH is a triple axis accelerometer combined with a triple axis magnetic sensor. This breakout board uses the LSM303DLH to give a you the data you need to feed into a microcontroller and calculate tilt-compensated output. Features: +- 2/4/8 g dynamically selectable full-scale +-1.3 to +- 8.1 gauss magnetic field full-scale 16-bit data out I2C interface Embedded self-test
