Portugal  Each region of Portugal has its own typical dishes of meat, fish or seafood, there are over one hundred recipes for cooking cod.  Another well-known Portuguese pastry is Pastel de Nata.  Some of the most famous poets and writers, are Luis de Camões, Fernando Pessoa and José Saramago, winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1998.  Portugal is also known by Fado, its characteristic music style.  In recent decades, some Portuguese footballers as Eusebio, Luis Figo and Cristiano Ronaldo achieved worldwide fame. The same happened to José Mourinho, The Special One.
