» There MUST be a physical on file for an athlete to participate in any Summer conditioning camps, Fish camp, or any sports for the 2016-2017 school year. » Student physicals will be held on Campus May 20 th in Gym III. The cost is $20 cash only. Payment to Ernie Garza Head trainer. » Along with the physical the Concussion Acknowledgement, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form, UIL Anabolic Steroid Use and Random Steroid Testing Form, and the Alvin ISD Consent to Random Drug Testing Form must be completed. » Forms available tonight.

» Fish Camp will be held August 1 st through the 3 rd. This camp is only for incoming 9 th graders. » The camp will start at 8am and conclude at 11am. » The cost of the camp is $15. Checks need to be made out to A.Y.B.C. (Alvin Yellowjacket Booster Club). » See Coach Fletcher or Coach Rodriguez after the meeting.

» August 1-3 Fish Camp » August 8 th – 12 th Varsity and JV will practice from 8am-12pm » August 8 th – 12 th Freshman will practice from 9am-11am. » August 13 th Inner squad Scrimmage 8am -10am » Team pictures August 13 th will be held following the inner squad scrimmage from 10am to 12pm » August 15 th – 18 th Varsity and JV will practice from 4pm-7pm. » August 15 th – 18 th Freshman will practice from 5pm-7pm » August 19 Eisenhower scrimmage TBA » August 20 th Varsity will practice 10am -12pm » Jacket Kickoff Classic will be at 6 pm. » August 22 nd first day of school and first game week.

» The “A” team is a group that will be in charge of taking the blow up “A” and tunnel to each game home and away. » We usually have a group of students to help on the field setting it up and taking it down, but we need a group of parents to be in charge of transportation to and from each stadium. » Contact Coach Jeanes for more information.

» All Returning Seniors and Returning Varsity Players are eligible to purchase a banner. » The cost of the banner will be $105. They are 6ft. X 4ft. color banners with a picture of your athlete, name, number, and position. » They will be on display at all home football games in the end zone by the Fieldhouse. » At the end of the year the banners are yours!
