3.  The athletic policy handbook is on our website (I encourage everyone to read it), even if you have signed this for another sport; I need one for your soccer folder  I only need the signature page back, but, it must be signed and dated by the student athlete and a parent  All paperwork should be returned at one time by this Friday 2-5-16

4.  Insurance cost is $55.00 and I am going to hand out a copy of Bollinger policies on insurance  I need insurance paid by 2-12-16  If your son has played for the high school this year, you do not need to pay. If he played another sport at the middle school, I need the difference of $25.00; checks are made payable to Wren High School  Varsity players, I know this is short notice, but, if you want a TL Hanna Tournament T-shirt; the cost is $10.00 and I need your size and a check by Friday!

5.  Goal Keepers must have a jersey on under their keeper shirt, with a number  Mouth protectors must be clear or white  Varsity must wear White Jerseys and White socks at home and blue socks away.

6.  We will play in a Junior Varsity Tournament at Chester  3 Members of the Junior Varsity team will be required to stay for all Varsity home matches. These players will sign up and alternate dates. Their duties will include filming the game from the press box and two men handling ball duties on the touch lines

7.  Varsity- Win the TL Hanna Tournament  Varsity- Win the Region  Varsity- Have a winning record and improve our region standing  Junior Varsity- Win the Chester Tournament  Junior Varsity- Win the Region  Junior Varsity- Have a winning record  All Teams- HAVE FUN AND GET BETTER!

8.  Kelley Larson has very graciously volunteered to get our concession stands staffed and stocked this season, I will let her speak a little bit about sign up sheets and concessions  We also need parents to help in the press box with score keeping, ect. Mr. Allen is going to be our press box voice this season and Mrs. Perry has helped out quiet a bit in the past, but, they may need some helps as well.

9.  We will be following the same format as last year, we will start with our corporate or family sponsorships, then the 50/50 split (that parent meeting will be held on 2-22-16 and the drawing will be on 3-3-2016 for our match with Pickens. Mrs. Banks will also be speaking to you on 2-22-16 about our Origami Owl fundraiser.  I am handing you a copy of the contract we use for advertisers  The booster club will not match us with $1000.00 this year due to declining membership  I would also like to raise money through the alumni game, by selling concessions. The concession money goes to pay for our end-of-year banquet We really need about $100.00 per athlete. We need to begin to have a RR for nets, goals, etc.

10.  We need 46 warm up jerseys with sponsorship logos ($1161.56)  Concession money start up at least ($300.00)  Reserve money for future expenses for: 2 new kits (2018 season), new game nets (2017 season), new practice nets (2017 season), bags to replace senior bags (2017 season), game and practice balls (2017 season).  Any little bit helps!!!!!!!! We are on our own, but, we can do it!
