25 Protocol  Leader with a birthday closest to today selects first presenter.  Timekeeper/facilitator will be the person to the left of the presenter.  Presenter describes the main issue he/she faces in the next 6 months/year. 3 MINUTES

26 Protocol  Group processes presenter’s issue/s while presenter is silent observer—jotting notes and reflecting on the comments of the group.  What did we hear?  What didn’t we hear that might be relevant to the issue?  What leadership behaviors will be critical to this issue?  What questions does the issue raise for us?  What have we done in similar situations? 5 MINUTES

27 Protocol  Presenter joins in conversation by reflecting on what he/she heard, sharing with the group anything that particularly resonated during the consultancy and seeking any additional clarification. 4 MINUTES  Rotate to second presenter. Rotate
