Protocol Group processes presenter’s issue/s while presenter is silent observer—jotting notes and reflecting on the comments of the group. What did we hear? What didn’t we hear that might be relevant to the issue? What leadership behaviors will be critical to this issue? What questions does the issue raise for us?
