3 Aphorism A brief, cleverly worded statement that makes a wise observation about life.

4 Parallel Structure The repetition of words or phrases that have similar grammatical structures.

5 Rhetorical Question A question that is asked for effect and that does not actually require an answer.

6 Repetition of Key Points The restatement of the main ideas in a work of poetry or prose in order to reinforce the message. “We must fight. I repeat it, Sir, we must fight.” -Patrick Henry
