We oversee every step in the planning and hosting of each function. We have three full time event consultants and offer complete planning, decorating, catering and set up services. We also arrange special lighting, audiovisual equipment for presentations, music and entertainment. Events Africa clearly understands the quality and ambience required for a launch/event - and the fact that the occasion calls for the type of event we are most familiar with. Launch / Event Proposal Source and provide entertainment if requested Launch day event management and production, i.e., food & beverage service, distribution of promotional gifts, etc Follow-up: On receipt of your guest list, Invitations will be hand delivered by a courier and Events Africa will handle all RSVP requirements Provide Photography, Videography on the day of the launch/event PR, Media coverage and liaison
