Presentation_ID 2 Effective March 17, 2010: As part of the Borderless Network launch, Cisco ® is introducing an Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty (E-LLW) on the new Catalyst ® 2960-S, 3750-X and 3560-X Series switches. Presentation_ID 4  Cisco ® Catalyst ® 2960-S, 3750-X, and 3560-X Series Switches will launch with an enhanced limited lifetime hardware warranty (E-LLW).  E-LLW extends warranty coverage and supports customers’ basic parts replacement and technical support needs. For comprehensive technical support, customers should add a service contract that meets their business requirements.  Original end user customers with Base IOS ® software licenses are entitled to maintenance updates and bug fixes through the Catalyst software policy.  E-LLW is being made available at this time only on the 2960-S, 3750-X, and 3560-X in response to customer needs in the segments served by these products. Existing wiring closet switches will continue to be covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW). Warranty and Software Policy
