3. INTRODUCTION
Delusion PalmOil Corp is setting up its own private network that has few locations which are in main office, side office, factory and staff residential.
Side office is located 180km away from main office,while factory is located 17km from side office. Staff residential is 5km away from side office.
The main office and the side office have a ready connection supplied by TM (network provider) using virtual private network (VPN).

5. MAIN OFFICE
To connect main office to TM, a gateway is needed. We use GW532FW - Gigabit Fiber Gateway with 2 telephone FXS ports, WiFi Router and combo copper/SFP up-link for active FTTH applications which is located at the ground floor of the main office.
As each department should have its own collision domain, can share files locally and can be shared by 20 to 50 staffs, we use Cisco SG200-50P 50-port Gigabit PoE Smart Switch (SLM2048PT) access switch. It has 50 ports which are enough for the maximum number of staffs which are 50 staffs.
A NETGEAR GS105 ProSafe 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet Desktop Switch - 10/100/1000 Mbps distribution switch is used to connect the gateway to all of the access switches in the main office.
500 ft bulk Cat5e Ethernet Cable / Wire UTP Pull Box 500ft Cat-5e Grey ~ VIVO will be used to connect the access switches, gateway and distribution switch to all users.

6. SIDE OFFICE
To connect side office to TM, a gateway is needed. We use GW532FW - Gigabit Fiber Gateway with 2 telephone FXS ports, WiFi Router and combo copper/SFP up-link for active FTTH applications which is located at the ground floor of the side office.
As each level should have its own collision domain, can share files locally and can be shared by 5 to 15 staffs, we use Cisco SG port Gigabit access switch. It has 18 ports which are enough for the maximum number of staffs which are 15 staffs.

7. FACTORY
It is a medium size factory that just needs a connection for less than 10 staffs. All staffs should have access to the Internet,so we use access switch of Cisco SG P (SRW2008P-K9-NA) 10-Port Gigabit PoE Managed Switch. It has 10 ports which are enough for the maximum number of staffs which are 10 staffs.
Currently, it does not have any connection to the side office. So to connect this factory to side office, we use fibre cable of 6 Strand Indoor/Outdoor Fiber Cable, Multimode 62.5/125, Riser Rated, 1000 ft (10F1-106NH).

8. STAFF RESIDENTIAL Internet
In the staff residential,there are around 5 to 15 houses for their officers. As all staff should have access to the Internet, we use optical splitter of 1*16 PLC Fiber Optical Splitter SC/FC/ST/LC Connector PLC Splitter to provide the internet to all staff
Currently, it does not have any connection to the side office. So to connect this factory to side office, we use fibre cable of 6 Strand Indoor/Outdoor Fiber Cable, Multimode 62.5/125, Riser Rated, 1000 ft (10F1-106NH).
