History 1957 - Founded by University of North Dakota Faculty 1964 - Resurrected by John D. Odegard 1965 - UND Flying Club doubled in size 1968 - School of Aerospace Sciences Late 1990’s - Flying club becomes inactive. 2000’s - UND Flying Club has come and gone repeatedly.

Active Restoration Left-wing currently dismantled in Clifford garage Restore one wing at a time Fabric estimated at about $750-$1000/wing Inspect Engine (0-320) 150 hp Total amount needed: $20,000 Donations/Fundraising Time: 3-5 years

Aircraft Restoration - Rules Either one of the 3 people need to supervise: Drake Fisher, Training Officer & Project Manager Nick Coyle, President Tracy Kruchten, Vice-President Some items will require Ken Foltz or other A&P’s No bending, hitting, cutting, or deforming of any structure Be very gentle Ask questions

Flying Club - LLC Will handle actual aircraft rentals & flights Liability & Association Membership & Hourly rates will vary Will start with a Cessna 172 Commonality, useful load, cheaper to run/insure Later aircraft may be different (if we get that far) Membership here will also get membership with UND Flying Club (Tri-Pacer project)
