17. Recommendations Perform baseline Echo (EF) & monitor closely [every 4 pulses] during and after Rx The role of ACEI & - Blockers as cardioprotective agents needs further investigation Use of less cardiotoxic AC [Epirubicin, mitoxantrone & PLD] though expensive need serious consideration
