3. ASK A BIOLOGIST I love this site because it gives the opportunity to ask others with knowledge in biology, questions that you may have. It can answer some of the daunting questions that students ask pertaining to biological science that I may not have the answers to. BIOKIDS: KID’S INQUIRY OF DIVERSE SPECIES This site allows students and adults alike to explore their curious nature when it comes to diverse species of animals and insects in our own backyard in Michigan. You can learn about habitats, keep field guides and students can even create web-based biodiversity maps. www.biokids.umich.edu

5. ABOUT THE AUTHOR My name is Brittany Jackson. I am currently an assistant pre-school teacher through the Guidance Center. I am currently continuing my education at Henry Ford Community College. My life consists of a career that I love, going to college, and taking care of my five year old daughter. When I do find time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and boyfriend.
