Pass-In-Review Access List Recruit Training Command Currently Enforces the Following Pass In Review Guest Policy: ALL GUESTS, to include Active Duty/Retired Military Personnel and those ages 3 and older must be on the access list. Children 2 and under do not need to be on the access list. The number of guests allowed per recruit is dependent on the number of divisions in the training group. RTC staff can neither change these names nor release the names of those on the list. Individuals who are not on the access list will NOT be authorized admission into the drill hall. RTC DOES NOT have a designated waiting area nor does RTC offer a standby list. The Chapel may be available but not guaranteed for viewing live stream

Access to Naval Station Great Lakes has been greatly modified in response to a heightened security posture. Guests should be aware that camera bags, purses, etc. are subject to search by Security. Contraband, including but not limited to: alcohol, illegal drugs, knives or weapons of any kind will be confiscated and you may not be permitted entry. Furthermore, smoking is not permitted onboard RTC. Outdoor photography and videotaping is not permitted onboard RTC. The graduation ceremony is held indoors, so ample photo/video taking is permitted in the ceremonial drill hall. For security and privacy reasons, guests are not permitted past the Chapel parking lot or the parking garage structure for any reason. SARGE 847-212-0246
