NO-DROPS Campaign 3 ‘DROPS PURGE’ for September Increased and continual focus on DROPS Full review and communication of DROPS strategies Engaging Check 6: Leadership & Job Planning Engaging All Rig: Full 3rd Party DROPS Partnership (initiatives, coaching, training, inspections) Continual communication on DROPS Raising the workforce consciousness regarding DROPS in all tasks on a daily basis Regular communication at all levels (Dubai- Sub region; Sub region – Rig) Sharing of DROPS initiatives Sub regions collect Rig and Sub Regional DROPS initiatives. Dubai collate all Rig and Sub Regional DROPS initiatives Share / Distribute collated initiatives back out among Sub Regions Sub Regions drive mandatory and/or voluntary DROPS initiatives on Rigs for September Review Review of the results and effectiveness of implemented DROPS initiatives for each Sub Region AME Post September DROPS Plan Develop forward plan for DROPS in AME post September both at Regional Level and at Sub Regional level
