10 Fare Policy Effective January 1, 2011: SeniorRide and Special Services SeniorRIDE PROGRAM The fares on the seniorRide Saturday Shopper and seniorRide Mid-day Shopper round trip correlate with the 50% senior/disabled/Medicare discount on regular Local cash fares. This policy approach continues to comply with FTA charter regulations.

11 Fare Policy Effective January 1, 2011: Day Pass and 5-Day Pass DAY PASSES Day Pass prices are equal to three times corresponding regular Local cash fares, 2.875 times regular Express fares, and 2.8 times regular Regional cash fares. 12 Fare Policy Effective January 1, 2011: College Pass and Eco Pass COLLEGE PASS PROGRAMS The college pass contract amounts for the school year are based on utilization data by service type for each institution ECO PASS PROGRAM Per employee rates are determined by business SLA and number of employees. There is a charge of $5 SkyRide fee from all stops except Stapleton and 40th/Airport and SLA D contracts. FlexPass PROGRAM The FlexPass program is a employer subsidized pass program that allows employees to pay for their monthly bus or light rail passes through a payroll deduction using pre-tax dollars. NEIGHBORHOOD PASS PROGRAM Per household rates for new neighborhoods are the greater of utilization statistics from the pricing survey or the SLA minimum price. There is a charge of $5 SkyRide fee from all stops except Stapleton and 40th/Airport and SLA D contracts. New and expanding neighborhoods are surveyed and the per household price will be the higher of the survey or the existing rate.

13 Fare Policy Effective January 1, 2011: Nonprofit Agency Reduced Fare Program Eligible non-profit agencies may purchase fare products through the RTD Non-Profit Agency Reduced Fare Program. Fare media acquired through the RTD Nonprofit Agency Reduced Fare program must be distributed to only those clients who meet the Gross Monthly Household Income Eligibility Guidelines of the RTD Program. Agencies must have a procedure in place to verify client income. 60% discounted 10-Ride ticket books – Agencies may purchase unlimited quantities. Agencies are required to issue these tickets to clients free of charge. 40% Reduced Price Monthly passes – Agencies may only purchase Local regular passes through this component and are limited to 25 passes per month, per agency program. Agencies are required to issue these monthly passes to clients free of charge. 25% Reduced Price Monthly passes – Agencies are required to subsidize these monthly passes a minimum of 25 percent and may collect up to 50 percent of the full cost of the pass from their client.
