5. Password data entry is case sensitive. Minimum allowed password length is 6 alphanumeric characters. A copy of the username and default password will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the teller upon successful creation of the user account by the system administrator.

6. User Login Follows a certain convention or standard format, i.e., lastname.firstname Only dot (.) as special character is allowed for the login credentials Only Administrator can create user accounts
