2. A wind turbine is powered by the wind which makes it renewable source of energy. Wind Turbines are measured at 328 feet tall, which is great because wind is stronger higher up and when the propeller spins, It turns the rotor and the rotor spins the main shaft which turns a generator to create electricity.
