Title your next open page: A ccommodations in Space Travel Accommodation: anything that supplies a need, want, favor, or convenience.

Basic Needs Effects of Microgravity on Human Body FoodWaterSleep MusclesBones Microgravity Protective Suit Protective Suits The Space Shuttle Air Pressure Temperature Rocket Slingshot Effect Earth’s gravity/Distance to travel Thermal Protection System Pick ANY 2 of the four sections below to further explore. It does NOT have to be two sections that are currently shown on the same page. For example, you can choose to complete ‘Basic Needs’ and ‘Protective Suits.’ Once you have selected your two sections, draw your two chosen sections into your journal. It does not matter what order the sections are written on the page. Do not draw the charts that you are not going to be completing.
3
Instructions Use the corresponding websites on the following slides to fill in your two charts. You need to specifically look for the information requested in the chart. As you are conducting the research, think about how these various accommodations enable man to explore space. Think about the pros/cons of space travel as well. Your data tables can include facts, specific information about how it accommodates space travel, summarizations of material read, etc. Record as much information into your journal as possible.
