SMME Value Add Platform Roadmap WhatWhyHowWho Large repository of information creating an educational area allowing MTN to be positioned as a thought leader in the SME space. With an expansive repository of information, the use of SEO can be employed to guide thousands of SMEs to the portal. First we add value to SMEs provided they register, thereafter lure them to convert to an MTN Business through the online application portal. Articles Documents, Whitepapers Templates RSS Feeds Podcasts Videos MTN Businesses Registered users Anonymous users Space for SME owners to collaborate online, exchange information, opportunity for small business owners to develop contacts. Forums also have the capability of directing large amounts of traffic based on the types of conversations that take place forum. Each SME will be required to register in order to participate in the forum MTN Businesses Registered users Open tools - These tools will be available free of charge to both MTN & non-MTN Business. Intention is to add limited value to all and position MTN as playing a role in SME development. Closed tools - BizAssist – MTN registered businesses will have access to BizAssist free of charge. Registered users will be able to access BizAssist at a Premium subscription Fax2Email Legal Contracts Business registration BEE Certificates BizAssist MTN Businesses Registered users MTN Branded Supplier network which MTN procurement will utilise and will be available to businesses to have access to tendors. Subscription will be discounted to MTN Businesses Subscription will be at a premium rate for non-MTN Businesses MTN will derive revenue from subscription and transaction fees.
