7 Physical Education Each student must take and pass PE every year PE – MUST change and participate Shorts or Sweatpants Sneakers T-shirt or Sweatshirt Lock for locker – bring from Strough or purchase at the RFA Knight Spot Swim - MUST change and participate Bathing Suit – Girls: one piece or full coverage tankini. Bikinis allowed if covered with a t-shirt. Boys: swim trunks, t-shirt optional Towel Lock for locker- bring from Strough or purchase at the RFA Knight Spot

19 GPA vs. Rigor - Most colleges would rather see students challenge themselves (80’s in honors vs. 90’s in regents) Honors, Dual Credit, Advanced placement courses prepare students for college level work As students progress and develop it is good for them to continue to challenge themselves Challenging Yourself in High School
