9 Developing Your Talking Points This activity will help you arrange talking points for different audiences Follow the worksheet to help create your messages relevant to your practice setting The messages should be practical and easy to implement when you return home

10 Things to Consider Remember to Keep It Simple! Think about your audience – what resonates with them and tailor the message Think how you can use the messages in your practice setting The messages can be used in-person, in email, or newsletters If you need help, ask the ACP staff and faculty

13 Things to Consider This will guide your work when you return home Should be Actionable! Think about your next steps: Who you will engage? What will be your focus – your practice, healthcare leaders, or the community? How does this relate to your PDSA? What is your time frame for action? What resources or support will you need?
