Protein A nutrient needed for growth, and to build and repair body tissues. Carbohydrate Sugars and starches. The main source of energy for the body. Vitamin A nutrient that helps the body use carbohydrates, protein, and fat. MineralsA nutrient that regulates many chemical reactions in the body.
