Our Accomplishments! Ophthalmic Medical Assistant (OMA) Program achieved initial Accreditation Pharmacy Technology (PHM) Program achieved initial Accreditation

Nursing, Associate Degree Initial National Accreditation achieved Accredited until 2019 Only 17 of the N.C. Community College nursing programs are accredited by ACEN Current NCLEX-RN (licensure) pass rate: 100%

Cosmetology Program graduated its first class in May, 2015 Eighteen students received their college diplomas. A 100% pass rate for students who have taken the licensing exam.

Study Abroad: Medical Service in Peru Lead: Karen Summers, Division Director Electronic Health records for more than 400 patients Screened more than 600 pap smears Collected 197 pap samples Processed more than 250 pap slides Performed various lab tests: wet preps and urinalysis Drafted new procedures and requisition forms for these lab tests
