Compare the advantages and disadvantages of applying on paper v online Create a table on the whiteboard. Take one example and analyse. Divide the class into groups, who will take part in a mock interview. In each group decide who will be the interviewer and who will be the interviewees. You will all work together on all aspects of the process. Interviewees complete the application forms. Interviews can be conducted by 1 person, 2 persons or more (more than 2 is usually a ‘panel’). Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each. Create a table on the whiteboard.
