Officers Manual (Process) First start meetings off small in groups of 3-5, ensure that the recruit understands the standards of the house and allow for him to ask any questions. Take notes after this dinner on which members you thought were best suited and which assets they could bring to the house. Inform the branch head of the outcome of the event and fill out expense report Next allow the recruit to see what the house is about by inviting them to a larger event with many Brothers and other recruits present. Allow them to get a feel for the existing brotherhood and introduce them to other recruits so they can get an understanding of the potential people they will be pledging with. Take recruits on final small events to express an interest in them and make sure they do not have any other questions/concerns Encourage all recruits to attend Mizzous Formal Rush With approval, bid new recruits accordingly
