Muscular system The muscular system is the anatomical system which allows a species to move A human has round 650 muscles The muscles produce a force which place the bones in a new position, which allows us to move A muscle consists of 1000 cells the muscle fibers The strongest muscle which a human owns is his heart the heart of a normal human beats 60-80 times in a minute but the heart of the sportive person is a little bit slower

Why you sould train your muscles? Almost everything in your body is a muscle Vital parts are muscles too and like every muscles they work better if they trained It says that a human is fit if his muscles work together in a good way Fitness combines three things : Power Agility Condition So if you train your muscles you feel better and healthier

How you get sore muscles / a stitch? When your muscles work for you they produce lactic acid If there is too much lactic acid in a muscle your muscle contract, which is very painful You can also get a sore muscle if you let a worse trained muscle work very hard or if you sit in an uncomfortable position for a long time A massage for this muscle helps You get a stitch if you do stressful sports like jogging or swimming So if you do kind of sports like these your body pump your blood to the muscles where your body need it But if there is not enough blood around your tummy it pains there

Why our muscles get tired? When our muscles work for us they produce energy without using dioxygen If this happen the muscle produce lactic acid Lactic acid is kind of a brake for the muscle and before you get sore muscles this poison tries to stop your muscles work

What makes healthy food healthy? Fruits and vegetable are full of vitamins which the body needs to protect himself against illness or bacteria Also important is that our body is able to clean himself from inside with these vitamins An other effect of healthy food is that we can eat it without a limit and it would not be dangerous for us And last but not least with healthy food it ispossible to lose weight

What sould I eat before I start my training? If it is possible you sould not eat anything 1 or 2 hours before you start your training But if you are hungry or you have no energy to go to sport you sould eat something with much carbohydrate or if you want to train your muscles your sould eat protein or drink an energy drink It is important that you do not eat something which has much calories

Five mistakes of a sportman/woman Their are five mistakes which the most of all sportsman/woman do The first mitake is that they drink not enough while they do sport. A normal jogger lose 1,4liter liquid in an hour and then his condition goes down A sportsman/woman sould drink each ten minutes something when the person does sport The second mistake is that when a human does sport his body needs more vitamins. Sportmedicines recommended 5 portions of fruit or vegetables each day The third mistake is that people who focus the weight training eat too much proteins but a normal human just need eight gramm proteins for each kilo of his own weight The fourth mistake is that lots of people think they can eat candy as carbohydrate alternative but to restock your carbohydrate reserve you sould eat noodles, bread, rice or potatoes The fifth and the worst mistake is that people eat fat food after they trained but before you eat something you sould wait an hour and drink much to restock your reserve of liquid and if you eat something after sport this meal sould combine much carbohydrates and some proteins
