Post HS Planning: Vocational, Technical, or Trade School The State of Oregon Department of Community Colleges and WorkSource Development have teamed up to create Career Pathways for Oregonians. Currently, there are 180 Career Pathways available through Oregon's 17 community colleges that give a person the initial education needed for a career in as little as 9-12 weeks.
