Presidents Report Performance Pools - Pool Chemicals Handles opening/closing Direct Line to Maintenance if needed. Under budget in 2015 Pool never closed more then 1/2 day. Very happy with service provided.

Presidents Report Cont’d Work Continues to maintain pool 20 plus years old Pump and Heater repair Reason for cash reserves (see budget) Pool Deck work / Coping Focus point in 2016!!!!!! Resource available to complete work.

Treasurers Report Cont’d Dues for 2016 $300 Invoice Dates for 2016 Mailed April 1, 2016 Due May 1, 2016

Job Descriptions Wilds Board of Directors will be taking job applications for the following duties Lawn Care Pool CareTaker Resumes due by April 15, 2016 Possible interviews Selection one week later

Job Descriptions cont’d Lawn Care $25 per mowing Mow 2x/week minimum (additional if needed) Lawn Bagged and trimmed each time Start mowing in the spring and finish in late fall

Job Descriptions cont’d Pool Caretaker $175 week Open Pool Every day 9am and close at 9pm from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day. (additional time if requested) Pool Maintenance (Daily pool cleaning -vacuum if required-)

Job Descriptions cont’d Pool Caretaker Cont’d Clean bathrooms each day. Stock supplies. Clean pool deck and organize furniture each day Take furniture out of storage in the spring and put in storage in the fall Ensure maintenance required reported to Board Member Keep Pool Storage room clean and tidy

Board Member Elections Two board members 2 Year Term Specific role will be determined by Board Members. Example: Not selecting President or Vice-President One vote per Homeowner Ensure you vote for two people
