19. Service Providers Licence - Key Terms  Term – term of licence dependant upon investment.  Licence Fee –$10,000 exclusive of GST per annum, being the maximum fee prescribed under clause 110B(3) of schedule 1 to the Port Authorities Regulations 2001. Reviewed if Regulations amended.  Non exclusive licence.  Inclusion of Key Performance Indicators.  A performance guarantee / bond will be required from the Licensee.  Services include provision of towage and emergency response services.  Provision of services to non-contracted shippers.  Interface with other licenced towage providers within the Port.
