4. Verbs with two objects  Introduction  Thida gave Dara some flowers. Here Verb “give” has two objects. Dara is the indirect object.(the person receiving something.) Some flowers is the direct object.(the thing that S.O gives.)

5.  To or For? We give something to someone. We buy something for someone.

6. Verbs use with “to” Bring, feed, hand, lend, give, offer, owe, pass, pay, post, promise, read, sell, send, show, take, teach, tell, throw, write.  she always sends me some money.  She always sends some money to me.

7. We can use “for” with these verbs Book, bring, build, buy, choose, cook, fetch, find, get, leave, make, order, pick, reserve, save.  Buy me some apples, please.  Buy some apples for me please.
