3 FALL IN FOR BOOT CAMP! Purpose Provide you with survival tools to include in your Revenue Cycle arsenal !

4 What is Boot Camp? ▪A time to learn new skills to survive in the healthcare war. ▪To give you weapons training for the battle to improve your Revenue Cycle. ▪Basic Training to get you through your tour of duty. ▪Field exercises to make you fit and strong!

5 What is Boot Camp? ▪Weapons Training: – We will give you the weapons and the ammo to use when going into battle for the success of your revenue cycle – You will receive guidance on the designated targets – We will answer all recruit questions on the use of weapons – We will practice strategies for target acquisition

6 What is Boot Camp? ▪Basic Training: – Gives you the basic skills that will be needed to perform your job. – Each service has it’s own training program, tailored to it’s role in the revenue cycle – Program will make recruits strong and capable in their area – Intense to teach you how to face the fire head on – Creates healthcare warriors to continue the fight!

7 What is Boot Camp? – Field Exercises ▪We will provide you with battle scenarios that will test your knowledge and skills. ▪They will teach you to work as a unit to determine your battle strategy ▪You will share with the other recruits methods for success on the battlefield ▪We will learn from each other to create a stronger army
