Homework Assignment (Gacaca Courts) If you are a LAWYER, write a one page opening statement either defending or prosecuting the perpetrator. If you are a WITNESS, write a one page cross examination dialogue concerning your testimony, playing either the role of the victim or the perpetrator. If you are a JURY MEMBER, write a one page verdict explaining the position you took on this particular case and why.
