Services  Active participant involvement in planning, decision making regarding referral pathway and support/recovery plan  Reduced barriers to accessing services  Reduced barriers to partnering - Information sharing, reduction in duplication, integrative working relationships  Common language - shared referral pathway  Improved understanding of roles of services – enthusiasm to work together  Challenged status quo of working in isolation (silos)  Challenges existing culture of organisations  Improved clinical practice – application of recovery principles  Stigma reduction
