3. About Kanchansobha Kanchansobha Finance Private Limited was incorporated in the year 1991 with the purpose of providing investment and advisory services. It became a full fledged investment banking company in April, 2012. At Kanchansobha, we aim to understand our clients’ requirements and work closely with them in order to support them in their growth strategies and also arrange the necessary funding. 4. Team Kanchansobha Mr. A.P. Verma – Chairman Advisory Board Mr. Verma joined SBI as Probationary Officer in 1975 after doing masters in liberal arts. In his career spanning more than 35 years, some of the recent assignments held by him in State Bank of India are as under: Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of SBI Capital Markets Limited Deputy Managing Director and Chief Credit & Risk Officer at SBI General Manager at International Division of SBI President and Chief Operating Officer –SBI Capital Markets Limited Chairman and Director of SBICAP Securities Limited Head of Corporate Accounts Group (CAG) unit for Eastern India He has also served as a Additional Director of Clearing Corporation of India Limited. After superannuation, he was engaged by State Bank as advisor till July2012. Currently, he is on the advisory board of a few domestic and multi- national companies in manufacturing, services and financial sectors.

5. Mr. T. R. Bajalia – Member Advisory Board and Director Mr. Bajalia started his banking career in 1974 at Bank of India and joined IDBI in 1983. In his career spanning more than 29 years, some of the recent assignments held by him are as under: Deputy Managing Director at Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) Executive Director at IDBI Bank Principal Officer of IDBI Bank Director at Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) Member of the Committee constituted by Reserve Bank of India for restructuring of cases with exposure less than Rs.100 million Mr. Bajalia is a Member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. 6. Mr. P. Sanyal – Member Advisory Board and Director Mr. Sanyal has 34 years of expertise in various areas of banking industry. He has further Served for 6 years as Managing Director in STCI FINANCE LTD (Formerly known as Securities Trading Corporation of India Ltd) & Director in subsidiary companies of STCI.: STCI-PD, STCI Commodities, Standard Chartered-STCI Capital Markets Ltd. & Indo Gulf Financial Services (Bahrain). In his career various positions held by him in Bank of India are as under: During the period 2005-2007, he has also worked with Bank of India as General Manager in charge of Human Resources at Corporate Head Office looking after matters relating to about 43,000 staff members and also looked after Inspection & Audit and Risk Management. During the period 2002-2005, he served as General Manager and Zonal Manager of Mumbai South Zone, the biggest and flagship zone of the Bank. Overseeing exceptionally large, very large and large branches for growth of business, management of non-performing assets, strategic planning, administration etc., managing 3500 personnel. 8. Mr. V.K. Jain – Managing Director Mr. V.K. Jain is promoter Director of Kanchansobha Finance Private Limited. He is working with the company as Managing Director and looks after overall operation of the company. He is a Chartered Accountant and started Kanchansobha in the year 2012 as a Boutique Investment banking company and under his guidance, today Kanchansobha has more than 100 clients associated with it. Prior to promoting Kanchansobha Finance, he has worked for over 30 years with Birla Group, Nath Group, S. Kumars Group and MW Corp Group in various capacities mainly as Senior Executive Director in Nath Group, CFO of S. Kumars Group and Managing Director of Entegra Limited. He has handled large Corporate Debt Restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and advised large corporate on business development, expansion, treasury management, raising of term loans, raising of equity through private and public issues and raising of mezzanine funding.
