Importance of Drilling Additives Always use drilling additives with the HERO Abrasive series to get better performance. Product choices: DD2000, Torqueless Aim for the most homogeneous mix. The minimum recommended viscosity is 40 seconds (vs. 30 seconds for water, measured using a Marsh) Don’t forget that viscosity will change according to the type of ground. Our technical team is always available to help you. © FORDIA

707 Matrix developed by our R&D department in 2008, for the HERO TM 7 project. Even thought it wasn’t selected to be the HERO TM 7, it still offers great performance is similar conditions, just a bit more specific (abrasive ground). A matrix that works well as a complement to the HERO TM 7 © FORDIA

R&D 913 Matrix developed by our R&D department for the « Iron ore » project. Matrix selected to be launched at the end of the project, since it had the best results, especially in iron formations. Matrix offering stable performances in different ground conditions. © FORDIA

Commercial statement A meaner alternative to popular HERO TM 7 and 9. Meant to perform in abrasive to extremely abrasive ground, while one is a great option for iron ore. True to the original HERO TM series, they offer a good penetration/lifespan ratio. Available in many configurations and options, but recommended in an optimal standard selection. © FORDIA
